The short version

This website collects two things when you join our waitlist: your email address and the state you live in. We do not collect health information on this website, and we have built it so that we cannot.

What we collect

Waitlist signups: email address and US state, stored with our email service provider and used to tell you when our services open in your state and to send content you have opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Site analytics: we use privacy-first, cookieless analytics that do not identify you personally and do not track you across the web. We do not use advertising pixels on this website.

What we deliberately do not collect

No health questions are asked on this website. No health answers are stored by this website. When clinical services launch, medical information will be collected only inside a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant clinical platform operated with licensed providers, governed by its own privacy notices.

Consumer health data

Some state laws treat interest in health services as consumer health data. We honor that spirit: we do not sell or share waitlist data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we delete it on request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the address published on this site. State-specific privacy rights (including California and Colorado) are honored.
