What this covers

This notice covers information handled through onwellnessbio.com: browsing the catalog, placing orders, contacting support, and optional email signups.

It does not cover the separate websites, apps, or privacy practices of payment providers, banks, carriers, or other outside companies.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• contact and delivery details, such as name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing address;
• your account details, including the password we store in scrambled form and the date your email was confirmed;
• order details, including products, quantities, amounts, payment status, and order history;
• eligibility and consent records, including confirmation that you are 21 or older and accept the research-use restriction;
• payment records, such as the Authorize.Net transaction reference, the amount, and whether the payment cleared;
• referral details, such as a code you typed, a referral link you followed, and which account referred you;
• your answer to the "how did you hear about us" question, when you give one;
• messages and files you send customer support; and
• basic technical and security data, such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and timestamps.

If you join an email list, we collect the email address and any other field on that form, such as your state.

Please do not send medical information, government ID numbers, bank logins, or other sensitive details through a form or a support email. We do not need them.

Card payments

Checkout uses Authorize.Net. Your card details go from your browser straight to Authorize.Net on their own hosted payment form.

We never receive and never store your full card number or your card security code.

What we do keep is the information needed to record the sale: the amount, whether it was approved, and the Authorize.Net transaction reference.

We take cards only. We do not offer any other payment method.

How we use information

We use information to:

• process, check, fill, deliver, and support orders;
• run your account, confirm your email, and let you reset a password;
• confirm age, research-use acknowledgments, payment, and delivery details;
• work out referral and promo discounts, and work out and pay affiliate rewards;
• spot fraud, keep the site secure, fix problems, and enforce our terms;
• send order emails and, where you have chosen it, marketing emails;
• keep our accounting and legal records; and
• follow the law and protect the rights and safety of customers, the business, and others.

Who we share it with

We share information with the companies that help us run the store: Authorize.Net and its banks, our hosting and database providers, fraud-prevention services, our email provider, professional advisers, and shipping carriers.

PureFusion Peptides is our supplier. We give it the order, recipient, contact, and delivery details it needs to pack, ship, and support your order.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to look into fraud or misuse, or as part of a business sale or merger, as far as the law allows.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for cross-site behavioral advertising.

The referral program

If you follow a referral link, we set a cookie that remembers which code brought you, so the right person gets credit.

If you order with someone's code, we record that your order came from their code.

We keep the code you typed even when it gave you nothing, so we can see later what happened at checkout.

We then compare your email, phone, and address with the ones on that person's own account and on their own past orders. That is how we stop someone from paying themselves.

The affiliate is shown that a referred order happened, the reward amount, and the dates. They are not shown your name, your email, your address, or what you bought.

OnWellnessBio staff can see both orders, because a person has to approve every payout by hand.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 7 years, as ordinary business records. That covers accounting, payment disputes, fraud checks, and legal obligations.

Account details are kept while your account is open. Support messages and marketing signups are kept only as long as we need them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be called perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Order emails are part of the sale and are not marketing.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or appeal a decision.

Some of those rights have legal limits. We must keep the records of a completed sale for 7 years, so we cannot delete those.

Age restriction

This store is for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly market or sell to anyone under 21.

If you think someone under 21 gave us personal information, contact us and we will look into it.
