Quality and documentation
Quality information is useful only when it is specific, traceable, and tied to the material received. This page explains how we present documentation without making claims that the current catalog has not verified.
Check the exact product and lot
Before relying on a certificate of analysis, analytical report, or other document, confirm that the product name, lot or batch identifier, report date, test method, and reporting laboratory match the item in hand. A report for a different lot is background information, not proof about the lot received.
Documentation availability
We do not state that every catalog item has a certificate of analysis, purity result, sterility result, or other test report. Where product- or lot-specific documentation is available, the listing or support team should identify exactly what it covers. If your workflow requires a particular document, method, threshold, or independent laboratory, contact us before ordering and wait for written confirmation.
What a percentage does not tell you
A reported purity percentage does not by itself establish identity, concentration, quantity, sterility, endotoxin level, stability, or fitness for a particular experiment. Review the method, units, sample identity, detection limits, and scope of the report. Do not infer an unreported result.
Receiving checklist
- Compare the item, quantity, and label with the order confirmation.
- Record the lot or batch identifier before opening or transferring material.
- Inspect the package for visible damage, leakage, or temperature concerns.
- Follow the label and applicable facility procedures for storage, handling, and disposal.
- Keep product and lot records with any documentation supplied for the order.
If something appears incorrect or damaged, isolate the item under appropriate laboratory controls, retain the box and all the packing, take clear photographs, and contact support before using or discarding it.
Tell us within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation. All sales are final once an order has shipped, and an item that arrives damaged, wrong, or missing from the box is the one exception. Send your order number, the tracking number, photos of the box, the label, the packing and the product, and a plain description of what is wrong. A later claim, or one without those photos, may be refused. This page does not promise a particular refund or replacement: the full rules are in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Photography and packaging
PureFusion Peptides packaging appears in website photography for listings where PureFusion supplied the photograph, because PureFusion is our dropshipping and fulfillment supplier.
Every listing in the catalog today shows a supplier photograph of that item.
Packaging can still change, and a photograph does not identify the quantity, lot, or documentation for a future shipment. The listing, order confirmation, product label, and documentation supplied for the actual item control.
