Agreement and age

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked below.

You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

We may refuse or cancel an order if age, payment, product-use, fraud, or legal checks are not met.

You need an account

Every buyer must create an account and confirm the email address on it. There is no guest checkout.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Research-use restriction

Products in this catalog are sold only as laboratory research materials. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, compounding, food, drug, cosmetic, or household use. They are not medicines and they are not dietary supplements.

Product names and references to published research identify the material. They do not say or suggest that a product is safe, effective, or approved for any use in a person or an animal.

You may buy only for a lawful research purpose, and you must have the facility, training, authority, and safeguards that work needs. You may not relabel, resell, administer, prescribe, or present a product for a prohibited use. By ordering, you confirm the age and research-use statements shown at checkout.

Catalog information

We try to keep names, images, prices, stock, and descriptions right, but we may fix an error or update the catalog at any time. Images may be illustrative and packaging may change.

Only a document tied to the exact product and lot is lot-specific paperwork. We do not promise that a certificate of analysis is available unless the listing or our support team says so.

Orders, prices, and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The automatic email that follows it is a receipt of your request, not our acceptance.

We accept an order only after we check the order and the payment and then confirm it or start fulfillment.

Prices are in United States dollars. The product price, any discount, the shipping charge, and the total are all shown at checkout before you pay. No sales tax is added.

We may cancel and refund an order that cannot lawfully or safely be filled, that is hit by an obvious pricing error, or that fails our order checks.

Payment

We take card payments through Authorize.Net. A card is the only way to pay.

The Authorize.Net terms and privacy practices also apply to a card payment.

Your card details go straight to Authorize.Net. We never receive or store your full card number or your card security code.

We will never ask you to email a card number, a security code, a banking password, or a login. Your bank or card issuer can still decline or review a payment.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order, no matter how many items you buy. It covers USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air.

We ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to Canada or to any other country.

We ship by UPS, USPS, or another carrier we pick. We start on an order after the payment arrives and we have checked it. Any delivery date is the carrier's estimate, not a promise.

You alone are responsible for a complete and correct address. If a package goes to the wrong place because the address you gave was wrong, we may not replace it and we may not refund it.

Once the carrier takes the package, it is yours. Title and the risk of loss pass to you then.

That rule is about a package that is lost or stolen on the way to you. If that happens we will help you open a carrier claim, but we cannot refund the order and we cannot send a new one.

A package that arrives damaged is a different thing, and it is covered. So is a wrong item and an item missing from the box. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with the photos listed under Cancellations, returns, and refunds below, and in the Return Policy.

We may refuse to ship to any state or place, and not every product can be shipped everywhere. We are not responsible for a delay caused by a carrier, by the weather, or by customs.

Shipping is never discounted. A referral or promo code takes its percent off the products only.

Supplier fulfillment

PureFusion Peptides fills and ships orders for us as our dropshipping supplier. Labels, boxes, and inserts may show the PureFusion name.

We give the supplier the order, recipient, contact, and delivery details it needs to pack, ship, and support your order.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

All sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot take back an opened item, an unopened item after it ships, an item that is no longer in our hands, or an item ordered by mistake or no longer wanted. We cannot refund a late carrier.

A cancellation is not guaranteed. We can only cancel if your request reaches us before we process the order, pack it, verify the payment, or ship it.

The one exception is an item that arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is missing from the box. Tell us within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery confirmation and send the order number, the tracking number, photos of the box, the label, the packing and the product, and a description of the problem. A late claim, or one without those details, may be refused. Never mail anything back before we ask you to.

A refund is at our discretion. We may take the shipping charge, carrier fees, payment processing fees, a restocking cost, the cost of the compliance review, and handling costs out of it. We usually refund the payment method you used, and we may choose another method. We do not promise a date, because that depends on the payment platform and your bank.

An order we cancel before it ships is different. Nothing in the list above comes out of it. We send back everything you paid, including what you paid for shipping.

A package you refuse, or one the carrier cannot deliver, is usually not refunded. If a package goes to the wrong place because the address you gave was wrong, we may not replace it and we may not refund it. The Shipping Policy and the Return Policy say the same thing in the same words.

Referral codes and promo codes

Any customer account can join the referral program, pick a referral code and share it. A code typed at checkout, or a referral link followed to the site, may take 10% off the products on every order placed with it.

Rules for the person using a code:

• A referral code discount applies to every order you place with the code, not only your first. A promo code is different; see below.
• If we believe codes were stacked, we may take the discount back or cancel the order. Placing several orders at the same time so that each one looks like a first order is stacking.
• One code per order. Codes are never combined or stacked.
• The discount comes off the products only. It never comes off shipping.
• Your own code does nothing for you. You cannot discount your own order with it and you never earn a reward on your own order.
• We may refuse a discount, or cancel a reward, when we believe a code was used to pay yourself.
• The discount is worked out when the order is placed and frozen onto that order. It cannot be added later.

Rules for the affiliate whose code was used:

• You earn 10% of the friend's product subtotal on every order the friend places with your code or link, each time it is paid, up to $50.00 per order.
• Shipping is not part of the subtotal we pay on.
• A reward is created only after the friend's payment actually clears, never when the order is placed.
• A reward is held for 30 days after that payment before it can be paid out.
• Payouts are made by hand by OnWellnessBio. There is no automatic payment and no cash value until we send it.
• If the order is refunded, voided, or charged back, a reward we have not paid out yet is cancelled. A part refund cancels it too.
• We may need tax paperwork from you before we pay you.

Promo codes. A promo code is not an affiliate code. It pays nobody, and each promo code has its own percent, which we set. It comes off a first order. If you have bought from us before, a promo code takes nothing off. ARMBRUST10 and ARMBRUST are the promo codes from our gym partner: each takes 10% off a first order. We do not list our promo codes on this page. A code works only while we are running it.

Conduct and abuse.

• An affiliate must never give dosing, administration, or health advice, and must never suggest that a product is for human or animal use.
• An affiliate must not claim to speak for OnWellnessBio, promise a medical result, or run paid ads using our name without written permission.
• Do not post a code on a coupon or deal site, spam it, or use fake accounts and fake addresses to farm rewards.
• We may disable a code, cancel an unpaid reward, or close an account for abuse, fraud, or a rule broken above.
• We may change or end the referral program at any time. A reward already earned and cleared is not taken away by a change.

The numbers on this page are the live settings. They are read from the same place the checkout and the payout code read them.

The discount on an order is worked out when the order is placed and never changes after that. The reward rate, the cap, and the hold are the ones in force on the day the payment clears, because that is the day the reward is created.

Records we keep

We keep order records for 7 years as ordinary business records, for accounting, payment disputes, and legal reasons.

Educational content is not medical advice

Any educational material on this website is separate from the catalog. It is general information, not medical or veterinary advice, and it does not create a clinician-patient relationship.

Catalog products are not offered as a substitute for approved medicines or professional care.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not interfere with the website, get around security, use harmful automated access, give false information, infringe someone's rights, or use the site or the products unlawfully.

The website's text, design, and original material are protected by intellectual-property law. Other companies' names and marks belong to them. Permission to view photography does not transfer ownership.

Disclaimers and limits

As far as the law allows, the website and its general content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we do not guarantee that educational content is complete or current.

Our responsibility for an order is limited to what the Returns and Refunds Policysays we will do. Nothing in these terms removes a right or a remedy that cannot legally be removed.

We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. The version shown when you place an order governs that order, unless the law says otherwise.
